I created Mind Over Matter Meditations as an off shoot of my own yoga and meditation practice. I've been meditating for almost 30 years and teaching for over 20. Meditation is an amazing "tool for life." I hope to help you get in touch or stay touch with your true nature of peace, joy, magic and abundance, and inspire you to keep living at your truest, and fullest potential. Ever expanding, ever changing!
Many Gurus have inspired me over the years....nature, music, Wayne Dyer, Dr Joe Dispenza, Abraham,………….the sun, the moon and the stars! All the people I've worked with are ultimately the best teachers. Thanks to all the farmers, celebrities, veterans, kids and everyone in between : )
